Guy Johnson serves as the Chairman and CEO of Johnson Capital, one of the United State’s top real estate advisory groups. Additionally, he has served as the Vice Chairman of Capital Markets for Walker & Dunlop, as well as the Chairman of Johnson Capital Residential Investments.
Mr. Johnson has been a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, an organization dedicated to establishing best practices and industry standards that facilitates industry professionals’ discussions.
Additional prior accomplishments and memberships include longstanding and still current board membership member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association, Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a Member of the National Multi Housing Council.
Furthermore, Mr. Johnson is a former Member of the Urban Land Institute, former Member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, former Member of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council, and a former Member of the Real Estate Roundtable.
Mr. Johnson has also been an early and significant investor in several luxury and apparel companies pre-IPO, has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California, and an M.B.A from Loyola University.
